Future Annual Meeting Sites and Dates2010: October 13-16, Nashville, Tennessee (Hilton Nashville Downtown)2011: October 26-29, Bloomington, Indiana (Indiana Memorial Union)2012: October 24-27, New Orleans, Louisiana (Hotel Monteleone)AFS annual meeting sites are usually selected three to four years in advance of the time of the meeting. AFS members who wish to have a site considered for a future AFS meeting should contact the AFS office to discuss their ideas and to request a copy of the document that describes the Society's criteria for selecting sites. Hotel, tourism, and convention bureau sales staff should contact Catherine McKemie of ConferenceDirect, who manages the Society's site research work and can provide a copy of our meeting room and sleeping room specifications.
